Most Land Classes are free with membership. Nonmembers can buy punch cards to participate in Group X classes except for Group Cycling or RPM due to the number of bikes.

Adult Tae Kwan Do E-mail
This class is for ages 15 and older. This class is made for the young to older adult. In the hour there will be a combination of sport, martial arts, physical fitness and self defense. This is an ongoing class. Each session is twice a week for 7 weeks. Members $40.00 this does not includes the uniform and potential testing fees.
 
Cardio Variety E-mail
This is a combination of different styles of cardio workout classes. A class might combine Hi/Low, Step, Kickboxing, and Agility moves all in one hour. This is a high intensity class to sweat and have fun all at the same time.
 
Core Conditioning E-mail
This class focuses on the abs, gluts, and back area. To focus on these areas you will use a combination of core boards, bands, balls, and light weights. To enhance your workout you will also do some stretching and balancing exercises.
 
Country Line Dancing E-mail
This is a great way to get your workout in. During this class you will learn the latest styles in line dancing along with the classic country line dancing combinations.
 
Couples Ball Room Dancing E-mail
This is a seven week session class where registration is required. During the first session the focus will be on the Salsa and the Merengue. Members: $50.00 a couple or $25.00 a single and Non-Members $75.00 a couple or $35.00 a single.
 
Group Cycling E-mail
This is a freestyle cycling class. Follow the instructor as they take you up in the mountains and down in the valleys. You will enjoy your experience as you have a great workout.
 
Pilates E-mail
In this class you will expand your knowledge of Pilates that concentrates on abdominal strength to help your lower back. Practice exercise and improve your form while getting a stress free workout.
 
PiYo E-mail
Enjoy the fusion of mat-work Pilates and Hatha yoga. During this class you will gain muscle conditioning and core stability while you enhance your physical awareness
 
Race Training Cycling E-mail
This class will get you ready for any kind of race that you are competing in. If you are not in training for anything no worries, you will still get a great cardio workout. Take your cardio to the next level.
 
Senoir Fitness E-mail
This class is perfect for the older active adult. During this class the fabulous instructors will work you through a great weights training program that is age specific and proper for sustaining daily living function.
 
Step E-mail
This cardiovascular workout uses the bench with choreographed patterns. These patterns consist of basic, power step, legs and abdominal moves.
 
Yoga E-mail
An electric style of yoga incorporating traditional yoga poses in a flowing manner that builds strength, flexibility ad core conditioning. This class provides challenging levels, but also perfect for the beginner.
