Classes - Ages 15+

Most Land Classes are free with membership. Nonmembers can buy punch cards to participate in Group X classes except for Group Cycling or RPM due to the number of bikes.

Non-Member Punch Card Rates:
For a 3x a week class for 7 week: $42.00
2x a week class for 7 week: $28.00
1x a week class for 7 week: $14.00

Pilates

In this class you will expand your knowledge of Pilates that concentrates on abdominal strength to help your lower back. Practice exercise and improve your form while getting a stress free workout.

 
Yoga

An electric style of yoga incorporating traditional yoga poses in a flowing manner that builds strength, flexibility ad core conditioning. This class provides challenging levels, but also perfect for the beginner.

 
Core Conditioning Class

Core Conditioning development is a type of "Functional Training" that will enhance all  human movement for all populations and activities of daily living. Functional Training of the core is not just for athletes-it's for everyone!

 
Walking Class

This clsass focuses on fitness walking. Participants will learn how to walk more efficiently and will walk approximately 30 minutes during the class. 

 
Ball Toning Class

Enhance your balance and core conditioning while using an exerball. You will better your body while having a fun safe workout.
