Hydro-Fit

Tone your Thighs & ABS! This class is a deep –end vertical training workout that consists of DWR(deep water running) to increase the endurance capacity of muscular contractions that will improves strength, cardio conditioning and muscle tone!

 

 
Water Circuit

This class is an increased cardio workout. It combines high intensity moves with body balancing techniques and sport specific moves to give you a full body workout. This class will give you a full body conditioning experience.

 

 
Aquajoints

This class is meant for those suffering from joint problems including but not limited to; joint stiffness, mild to moderate Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and lower back pain. You will be encouraged to work at a level that is comfortable to you; these classes may increase your flexibility, balance, and strength.

 
Aquacise

This class is a combination of both deep and shallow water workouts without the traumatic impact to the joints. This class is a great way to develop increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

 
Water Walking
This is a designated time for those who want to work out independently from an instructor.  During the Water Walking times 2 lap lanes are closed for use of walking and exercise.  There is equipment for use and it’s free for members.
