Group X Classes for Youths

 and Water Aerobics for 12 years and up

 and Core Conditioning for ages 14 and up

 

 
Youth Sports Conditioning Training

The Sports Conditioning program is designed to enhance an athlete's readiness for any sport they are playing. This program addresses flexibility, functional strength, balance and agility, plyometrics, and aerobics. All of these qualities are necessary for any sporting activity.

Cost: four-30 minute sessions for $75 or four-1hour sessions for $150

 

 
Young Trainers
Young Trainers is for youths between the ages of 10-13 years. During this class the youth will learn how to weight train for their age group. This class will put the child through a 7 week training session. After this class your child will have a fundamental knowledge of safe practices during weight training. Members $40.00
 
Youth Tae Kwan Do

This is a class that combines sport, martial arts, physical fitness and self defense. This is an ongoing class. Each session is twice a week for 7 weeks. This class is for children ages 7 and up. Cost:$40.00 for 1st Child, 10% off for 2nd Child, and 15% off for 3rd Child. This does not includes the uniform and potential testing fees.
